Anchor capability · across all five solutions

AI agents that work your stack. Not a chatbot.

Each agent is a specialist working from a scoped knowledge foundation and approved tools. Anchor supplies the coworker, grounding, permissions, approvals, and evaluation layer; Gateway is the live embedded surface when the work happens on a website or service.

How it's built

The stack becomes the expert.

Every agent stands on a tenant-scoped knowledge foundation built from approved sources, an ontology, and retrieval. The agent is built over that foundation — then handed approved tools to act. Point it at a domain's ontology and you get a matter expert who knows your field; point it at one of our solutions and you get a technical expert who knows the system. Either way the expertise is grounded in a real, structured knowledge stack with provenance — accountable, not improvising.

01

Scoped knowledge foundation

Your domain — typed, resolved, connected, and isolated.

02

Gen AI

The reasoning and language layer on top.

03

Knowledge graph + tools

The two become a graph the agent stands on — plus real tools to act on it.

→ RESULT

A specialist agent

Genuinely expert. Cites its source. Hands to a human when it should.

The multi-agent floor

Specialists route to each other — and to your people.

A single chatbot can't do this. The matter expert flags a question, the technical expert pulls the history, and when judgment is owed, a human steps in with full context.

The difference

An agent is one wheel. We build & run the whole machine.

A persona on its own isn't the value — and automating an unchanged workflow rarely creates the full value either. We work with your subject-matter experts to understand how decisions are actually made, redesign the workflow where it needs to change, and define where agents, code, and human judgment belong.

What makes that redesigned workflow executable is the whole system around it: the ontology, the connected knowledge, the provenance, the tools, the human-in-the-loop, and the operations that keep it true. Djeed's five solutions provide the enabling flow — from Data & Ontology Foundation through Graph & Spatial, Predictive & Generative, and Operational Intelligence to traceable Decision Intelligence. Djeed builds and operates that system, with the agents as one efficient component working as part of your team.

Reusable core, tenant-specific foundation. Anchor supplies the shared contracts for grounding, permissions, tools, evaluation, and approval. Your deployment supplies the knowledge, policies, integrations, and measures that make the agent fit the real workflow. Djeed Lab feeds evaluated methods back into that core.

Use-cases · when the agents are the team

When the floor is the product.

Sometimes the whole job is a specialist floor that a team or its customers use directly. The Anchor core is reusable; every tenant foundation and tool registry remains separate.

Use-cases · when the agents are a wheel

And a wheel inside every other system.

More often, agents aren't the product — they're a wheel inside one: named specialists doing specific jobs inside a bigger Djeed system, each turning over the same knowledge graph. We always built it this way; now they're named. The same agentic layer runs across every solution and every use case below.
