Five short documents, written in plain language above the legal language. They cover what we do with your data (Privacy), the contract for using the service (Terms), the cookies we set (Cookies), the processor terms when you upload third-party personal data into DjeedX (Data Processing), and the additional terms for the private beta.
Hosting and residency are surface-specific: DjeedX is hosted in Geneva; the public site uses Cloudflare R2 in its EU jurisdictional ring and globally replicated KV for submitted leads. Questions go to legal@djeed.com; data-protection requests to privacy@djeed.com.
How the documents fit together
Applies to: Anyone with a Djeed account or visiting the site.
What personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, where it lives, and your rights under the GDPR and the Swiss revFADP.
Applies to: Anyone using djeed.com or DjeedX.
The contract between you and Djeed: account responsibilities, acceptable use, billing, content rights, liability, and governing law.
Applies to: Visitors of any page that sets a cookie or similar storage.
The small set of strictly-necessary cookies we use, why, and how to control them. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Applies to: Customers who upload personal data of others into DjeedX.
GDPR Article 28 controller–processor terms. Sub-processors, security measures, breach notification, audit rights, return/deletion at the end of the contract.
Applies to: Members of the DjeedX private beta.
Additional terms for the invitation-only beta phase: feedback rights, use restrictions, no SLA, pricing changes notice, exit and export.
Where data lives
DjeedX workspace content is hosted in Geneva, Switzerland. The public website uses Cloudflare R2 in the EU jurisdictional ring and globally replicated KV for lead submissions. Operating entity
The operating entity is being incorporated in Switzerland. Until it completes, the data controller is the founder. These documents will be reissued with the entity name and registered address on incorporation, with at least 14 days' notice of the change.
