DjeedX Beta Agreement
Additional terms for users invited into the DjeedX private beta. The beta is invitation-only; the service is provided as-is with no SLA; we ask that you don't run production-critical workflows on it yet.

Chapter 01
Beta nature of the service#

DjeedX during private beta is a pre-release product. Features may change, regress, or be removed without notice. The service may be unavailable for short periods for deploys or fixes. There is no service-level agreement during the beta.
Chapter 02
Eligibility#
In plain languageBeta access is by invitation. Membership in the 'djeed-beta' Clerk Organization is the gate. We can revoke access at any time, with reasonable notice for content export.
Beta access is by invitation only. We grant access to a Clerk Organization (djeed-beta) on an individual basis and may revoke access at any time without cause, with reasonable notice for content export.
Chapter 03
Use restrictions#
In plain languageDon't upload special-category personal data, don't process more than ~1,000 distinct data subjects without a separate agreement, don't use it for production-critical workflows where downtime hurts people, don't share your access or describe the product publicly without our consent.
During the private beta you agree not to:
- Upload special-category personal data (health, ethnic origin, biometric, criminal, political, religious, sexual orientation) into a workspace
- Use the service to process personal data at significant scale (a benchmark we define as more than 1,000 distinct data subjects) without prior written agreement
- Use the service for production-critical workflows where downtime would harm individuals
- Share your beta access with third parties or describe the service publicly without our prior consent

Feedback#
In plain languageWe invite (but don't require) feedback. By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual royalty-free licence to use it to improve the product. Feedback isn't confidential unless you mark it so.

Chapter 05
AI features#
In plain languageAI-assisted features (form-fill from documents, ask-the-catalog assistant) are partly disabled during this phase. When enabled, prompts and inputs go to the AI sub-processors listed in Privacy §05. We don't train models on private workspace content.

Chapter 06
Data export and deletion#
In plain languageEmail privacy@djeed.com any time for a full export of your workspace. After beta termination (yours or ours), you have 30 days to export. Then it's deleted, per the Privacy Policy.
At any time you can request a full export of your workspace content by emailing privacy@djeed.com. Signed-in users will also be able to trigger export and erasure directly from the workspace settings once the corresponding endpoints are exposed in the UI. After beta termination (yours or ours) you have 30 days to export, after which content is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

Pricing#
In plain languageThe beta is free. If we introduce paid plans during or after the beta, we give 30 days' notice and offer existing beta users a beta-loyalty rate.
Beta access is free. Djeed may introduce paid plans during or after the beta with at least 30 days' notice; existing beta users will be offered a path to convert at a beta-loyalty rate to be communicated at that time.
Chapter 08
Termination of beta#
In plain languageEither side can end beta participation at any time. The 30-day export window applies.
Either party may terminate beta participation at any time. On termination, the export-and-delete provisions above apply.
Chapter 09
Acceptance#
In plain languageJoining the 'djeed-beta' Clerk Organization is acceptance of this Beta Agreement.
Accepting an invitation into the djeed-beta Clerk Organization constitutes acceptance of this Beta Agreement.
